We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AWS Pre-Sales Cloud Consultant to join our team. As an AWS Pre-Sales Cloud Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients understand the value of AWS solutions and services, and how Xebia can be leveraged to meet their business needs.

- Acting as a trusted advisor, supporting our customers, providing technical expertise and guidance on AWS solutions and services.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to lead technical discovery for new business and provide technical support throughout the presales process.
- Develop and deliver technical proposals and solutions to meet client needs.
- Give presentations and demos to showcase the capabilities of AWS solutions and services.
- Assist clients with the design and implementation of AWS solutions, ensuring they are optimized for performance, cost, and security.

About you
Our world revolves around AWS, so we are looking for colleagues who share our passion for this technology. When designing your solutions, you always put the client’s needs first and put their interests above your personal preferences in for instance technology choices.
Based on your broad knowledge of AWS you can convince people of the viability of your ideas. Last but not least you are able to compress and summarize your advice and where needed strip away the technical details when required to suit your audience/counterparts.
When reading profiles and throughout our selection process we pay close attention to the following:
- How well do we fit together on a personal level? Not every great Cloud Professional is necessarily a good match for our culture, values and way of working. This means we try to gain insight into your work and thought processes and really want to get to know “the person behind the profile”.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles supporting Enterprise customers.
- The strength of your knowledge about all facets of the AWS portfolio. We know you can’t be an expert on everything, but we do expect all members of our team to understand the basic concepts of the entire spectrum.
- Your broader knowledge about adjacent domains, like software development, networking, security, automation tooling and agile processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading discovery and identifying technical requirements, then designing and implementing AWS solutions that showcase business value.
- Your commercial edge when it comes to understanding and translating a customer’s challenge into actionable cloud solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, AWS SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
